About Me
Welcome! I'm Mohammadmehdi Karami, a Bachelor's student in Electrical Engineering (Control) at K. N. Toosi University of Technology. I have a strong interest in embedded systems, digital electronics, and control/AI.
I have hands-on experience in designing schematics and 2–4-layer PCBs (Altium), developing microcontroller firmware (C/C++ on AVR, STM32, and ESP32/Arduino), and building real-time intelligent systems. I've worked on hardware–software projects (e.g., smart shelves with real-time monitoring and automation) and basic device–server connectivity.
In the AI domain, I have contributed to building question-answering datasets using LLM APIs and developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems by integrating document parsing, chunking, semantic retrieval, and GPT-based answer generation.
